The femella Delivery Policy

We offer FREE worldwide shipping and FREE UK returns

UK Orders

At femella we strive to send out your large size lingerie order within three (3) working days. As a result, your large size lingerie order will likely arrive within five (5) working days.

We send our products through First Class Royal Mail, which means that all orders should be delivered with your regular mail. Please note that orders over £50 in value will be sent via 1st Class Recorded Signed for and will require a signature upon delivery.  If this is a problem, please let us know.

Overseas Orders

Our standard free delivery is via Royal Mail Airmail (Small Packets).  Royal Mail aims to deliver to Europe within 3 working days, and to other worldwide destinations within 5 working days.  Please note that orders over £50 in value will be sent via International Signed For and will require a signature upon delivery.  If this is a problem, please let us know.

Customs and Duties

Please note that if you live outside of the European Union, your large size lingerie shipment might be subject to import duties or customs fees. We cannot predict how much these fees will be, and we do not have any control over this process.

The femella Return Policy

If you are dissatisfied with your large size lingerie purchase for any reason, you can return it to us. We are happy to issue you a refund or to allow you to exchange items. If you are returning large size lingerie, sports bras or swimwear, please return them to us within fourteen (14) days, unworn, and with all of the original labels intact.

When trying on panties purchased from femella, including briefs, big bikinis, and thongs, please try them on over your underwear. If it is apparent that this practice was not followed, we reserve the right to refuse the returned items.

All UK returns are free when you use a first class freepost return label that comes with your large size lingerie order. We cannot refund the original shipping price, but if you are unable to find this return label, please email us at returns@femella.co.uk so that we can send you another one.

When returning items to femella, we recommend that you obtain shipping confirmation from your local post office just in case the large size lingerie is lost in transit.
